Developed from years of research with the world's top riders in MotoGP, the Alpinestars Tech-Air 10 v2 airbag system is a slim, self-contained wearable airbag system that provides and unrivaled level of protection and coverage during a crash. Using 12 sensors and an advanced crash detection algorithm the airbag is able to deploy in 40ms when a crash is detected, protecting the shoulders, chest, full back and hips from the beginning of a crash, before hitting the ground. Thanks to user-replaceable gas inflators, a newly developed activation belt, and an integrated LED display, the Tech-Air 10 v2 sets new standards in versatility and user-friendliness. The Tech-Air 10 v2 can be worn under any Tech-Air compatible Alpinestars suit or any other suit with an extra 4cm of chest and 2cm hip space in the suit for the airbag to deploy and fill. The Tech-Air 10 v2 is activated when you fasten the magnetic flap on the on the docking area, remove it to switch off the system. Updated Version Uses Rider Replaceable Gas Inflators (no need to send to A* for Service).
