MOTO-D RETURNS POLICY

"LOVE IT OR RETURN IT" RETURNS POLICY: It's that simple, you either love the product you purchased from us or we ask that you return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund.

We strive to offer the highest quality and best value sportbike motorcycle accessories and apparel in the business. If a product does not meet your expectations, you change your mind, or want to get something else we will be happy to take the product back and issue a refund or store credit. Please shop with confidence knowing that the MOTO-D experience continues long after the sale.

All items must be returned with their original packaging and in "new" condition.

MOTO-D Tire Warmers that have been used are not eligible for return.

Bonamici Rearsets and Case Savers which have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking feee. Rearsets or Case Savers which have bee used or installed are not eligible for return.  

All Return, Exchange, and Repair Requests need an RA (Repair Authorization) number and will need to be returned to MOTO-D at the address below including a completed Customer Form.

*Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt inside the box confirming your order details.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Products deemed to be returned in used condition or without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our New York distribution facility. MOTO-D is not responsible for lost packages.

TIRE WARMER "NO HASSLE" WARRANTY & REPAIRS: The BEST tire warmer warranty on the market period. Your MOTO-D brand PRO-Series Tire Warmers are backed with a Two (2) Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty including one-time repair or replacement coverage in the event damage occurs due to user error including negligence (the deductible for units deemed repairable is $50 / replacement $100 ($150 for Digital) as determined by MOTO-D in their sole discretion). LED's are not covered, Loss is not covered.

Lifetime Limited USA Warranty: If a product fails during the warranty period shown on your receipt, return the product to MOTO-D and you will receive a replacement. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or user inflicted damage. Warranties expire when you sell the product or motorcycle it's installed on.

One (1) Year Limited USA Warranty: At a minimum all MOTO-D products carry a One (1) Year Limited USA Warranty. 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MOTO-D, FOR ANY PART OR PRODUCT. MOTO-D MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MOTO-D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
