30-DAY RETURN POLICY: All items must be returned with their original packaging and in "new" and "unused" condition.
All returnable items will require a 15% restocking fee. Customized, Sale, Discount or Closeout items are not eligible for return. Components and Gear which have been opened from sealed packaging, had tags removed or installed are not eligible for return. *Tires are not eligible for return.
Pre-ordered items that are cancelled before shipping but after ninety days (90) are eligible for a refund less processing fees. *Depending on your bank a refund to your card may not be possible.
All Return, Exchange, and Repair Requests need an RA (Repair Authorization) number and will need to be returned to MOTO-D at the address below including a completed Customer Form.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Products deemed to be returned in used condition or without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Connecticut distribution facility. MOTO-D is not responsible for lost packages.
TIRE WARMER WARRANTY & TRADE-IN: MOTO-D Pro-Series Tire Warmers are backed with a 1-Year USA Warranty included, if they fail due to a manufacturing defect we repair or replace at our discretion, MOTO-D performs all service in house.

Limited USA Warranty: If a product fails during the warranty period shown on your receipt, return the product to MOTO-D and you will receive a repair or replacement unit at our discretion. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or user inflicted damage. Warranties expire when you sell the product or motorcycle it's installed on.
One (1) Year Limited USA Warranty: At a minimum all MOTO-D brand products carry a One (1) Year Limited USA Warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MOTO-D, FOR ANY PART OR PRODUCT. MOTO-D MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MOTO-D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
