We're riders too and just like you, we like things fast and free. Most things we sell are in stock here (not a remote warehouse we don't control) and get shipped directly from us.
IS IT IN STOCK? An availability notice is listed next to each item / SKU on the product page. Most products will be marked "In Stock: Ships within 1-2 Business Days". These products will ship the same or within two (2) business days. When an order is placed early in the day, there's a better chance the item will ship that day.
A shipping confirmation email (with tracking numbers) will be sent promptly, notifying that your order has shipped.
All domestic orders will be shipped by either USPS or UPS. All orders over $800 require an adult signature on delivery.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, contact MOTO-D Customer Service immediately. MOTO-D is not responsible for damage claims if not reported within seventy two hours of delivery.
FAST FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders over $89.99 within the Continental USA ship free. Delivery typically in one to five business days. All returnable items will require a 15% restocking fee.
Expedited Shipping is available and we encourage you to check out the discounted rates we offer (did you know we can overnight tire warmers anywhere in the Continental USA?).
SECOND DAY: Delivery by end of second business day after an order has shipped.

FAST FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Orders over $999.99 ship free. Canada, Mexico, Europe, Worldwide is available through UPS or DHL. Excludes tires, motorcycle stands and bodywork. All returnable items will require a 15% restocking fee. Please check your local Customs Office for local duties and taxes for which you may be responsible for.

RACE TIRES (Pirelli / Metzeler)
$25 for single race tires. Sets of two or more ship $40/set. Additional tires ship at $25 each. We are unable to ship west of the Mississippi or Canada.
STREET TIRES (All Brands)
$25 for single tires. Sets of two or more ship free.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY: All items must be returned with their original packaging and in "new" and "unused" condition.
All Returnable Items will require a 15% restocking fee.
Customized, Sale, Discount or Closeout items are not eligible for return. Components and Gear which have been opened from sealed packaging, had tags removed or installed are not eligible for return. *Tires are not eligible for return.
Pre-Ordered Items that are cancelled before shipping but after ninety days (90) are eligible for a refund less credit card processing fees.
All Return, Exchange, and Repair Requests need an RA (Repair Authorization) number and will need to be returned to MOTO-D at the address below including a completed Customer Form.

*Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt inside the box confirming your order details.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Products deemed to be returned in used condition or without their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Connecticut distribution facility. All Returns, Exchanges or Store Credits for items that shipped Free will be subject to a minimum $10 charge ($20 on larger items over 1lb). MOTO-D is NOT responsible for lost packages.
