• What is a motorcycle undersuit and why should you wear one? A motorcycle undersuit should protect the riders body from abrasion and discomfort as it separates the skin from riding gear (leathers, mesh, nylon) which can become sticky in hot weather and rough in cold weather. By inserting a moisture wicking base layer in between, moisture is drawn away from the skin, increasing circulation and flexibility during riding which prevents overheating in summer and hypothermia in winter. There are many types of motorcycle undersuits (motorcycle underwear) ranging from loose to mesh but we prefer one that is breathable, soft, and having a sports compression fit.
